Since 2000 Emergency is also active in the assistance of prisoners of any side, assuring them medical treatments and increasing life conditions.
In the valley of Panjsheer, in Kabul, in Sheberghan, in Lashkargah we always worked for the liberation of all prisoners who were to ill to stay in prison.
Emergency and me personally we appeal to you humanity and to your deep religious feelings in asking you not to end Adjmal Nakshbandi’s life.
This is only a deep appeal by Emergency.
Adjmal’s liberation would be a crucial sign of humanity and compassion.
We ask you to listen to many Italians who feel profound solidarity with the Afghan people and their sufferings, who sustain Emergency and who do not agree with the decision of our Government of participating to the military occupation of Afghanistan.
